Pro-government Russian Telegram channels have published a two-minute video of a military meeting being held in the basement, in which Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov is participating. It is claimed that the recording was made on the territory of Ukraine – a few kilometers from Kyiv.

Mothers of Russian soldiers (both contract servicemen and conscripts) continue appealing to human rights defenders because they do not receive information from their relatives. This was reported by Svetlana Golub, chairperson of the Committee of Soldiers’ Mothers, writes the news outlet “Caucasus. Realities” (”Кавказ.Реалии”). According to her, appeals of this kind are received daily.

The invasion of the RF armed forces has not yet resulted in the parade of the independence of all Moskow colonies, but it has already become a powerful accelerator of the political opinion between enslaved people. The appeal signed by Ruslan Gabbasov, one of the leaders of the Bashkir national organization “Bashkort”, states:  “If this war is waged by Putin, our guys from Bashkortostan should not take part in it. You should issue a decree not to send our guys to war. Show wisdom and willpower. Show such will, as the President of Tatarstan Shaimiev showed when he issued a decree that Tatarstan guys should not go to Chechnya. How many lives of Bashkir guys do you need to realize that this war is not ours? Be courageous in denying Putin the right to send our guys, regardless of nationality, to Ukraine. This is not our war and our guys should not die there”.
