Here is the result: teaching the Cuvash language in village schools of the republic is being made two hours shorter.

The Russian military command has established conscription quotas: 200 volunteer fighters from far East and Siberia. Volunteer fighters have not been drafted into service at all in Moscow.

Moscow has clear vision on who their own people are and indigenous people don’t fall in this category. They are being taken advantage of to patch the holes in fulfilling the plans of Putin’s incompetent military leaders.
