How many new faces appear in Russian politics, although someone says that there is a clampdown on democracy in the country and locally they do not allow young people, alternative politicians, to take power.

On February 24, Boris Silenkov, the former head of Kherson Regional State Administration in the ranks of the Territorial Defense of Ukraine, stood up for the defense of Kherson region. After the occupation of Kherson and the surrounding areas, he went into hiding. On August 26, in a battle with Russian invaders near Tyaginka village, he was seriously wounded, he operated on a wounded leg on his own, and put 16 stitches. He spent the night in the field, drank from a puddle and ate what he found in the field. He tried unsuccessfully to cross the front line near Kuibyshevo village, he was hiding from raids in one of the villages in the occupied territory.

On November 11, after the liberation of the region, he came the fighters of the 80th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and laid down his arms.

Boris Silenkov is 62 years old.

Can you imagine Khabirov, Badranov, Nazarov, perhaps, Minnikhanov, Pesoshin and Mukhametshin as such people’s partisans? It’s also hard for us to imagine.

Of course, they swore allegiance only to the Russian Federation, and not to Chuvashia. We are now waiting for the standard chauvinistic statements of the russian world from the newcomers, “What is this Chuvash language needed for? We didn’t learn Ukrainian and we don’t need Chuvash. Russian is enough for us. We wanted to be in Russia not to learn languages.”

Probably, it was for the sake of these 50 mankurts that huge money was allocated from the budget of Chuvashia and the population was mobilized for the war. And was it  impossible to simply transport them without all this?

And what is the reason for them to stay in Chuvashia? Let’s hope that after receiving passports they will move somewhere closer to Moscow region. There are enough mankurts even without them, new dogs of the regime are not required.

Recently, we were very surprised by the post of the respected Lenar Miftahnyky. The author claims that Ukraine found itself in the current situation not by chance and also bears its part of the responsibility for what happened to it, and it has no moral right to demand from others more  than they can offer. Further, the author analyzes the mistakes of Ukrainians and concludes that it is just as harmful for the Tatars to fight for Ukraine as it is for Russia.

The hysteria observed now of the rashists about the retreat from Kherson leads to deeper consequences than it might seem.

When I was young, I read a book Working by the American journalist Studs Terkel,  in which he interviewed representatives of various professions in the United States and asked them to describe their activities. I was struck by how seriously Americans consider their work. For the vast majority, this is a significant part of their daily life, which should be accepted seriously. All of them, from a municipal garbage man or a cleaner in a dog shelter to a business investor, knew all the moves and exits, all the tricks, they looked for ways to improve, tricks to make it easier, they knew how to plan and calculate efforts. And I was also amazed, if not shocked, by one entertaining short story. It was about the front-line reporter of the WWII period. He and a friend went into the front toilet (yes, a specially built wooden toilet with cubicles). An ordinary soldier was sitting at the entrance, giving out toilet paper, three leaves per visitor. The journalist’s friend asked if he could take a little more paper. The toilet guard replied, “No, it’s not allowed! One leaf – from top to bottom, one – from bottom to top, and one – for complete purity!

From the very beginning of the Moscow principality existence, the main concern of its rulers was the expansion of their possessions. The entire history of this state formation is an ongoing process of aggression against the surrounding countries and peoples. Кол Шәриф tells about this.

For most Russians, this is an integral part of the state and a kind of reason for pride, because it is famous for its incredible natural wealth, and its territories are huge.
