Russian regions with billion-dollar budget deficits will take patronage over destroyed Ukrainian cities

Russian regions with billion-dollar budget deficits will take patronage over destroyed Ukrainian cities

The Russian regions’ patronage over destroyed Ukrainian cities is a “genius” idea. Not even because the war is in full swing or because people were not asked as usual. This is where a contradiction between governors’ interests, for whom the priority is to demonstrate their loyalty to the center, and those of residents, at whose expense this very patronage will occur, will become fully apparent.

When the Kremlin murtad proposes that “our languages” should be studied instead of English, it is not what one might think

When the Kremlin murtad proposes that “our languages” should be studied instead of English, it is not what one might think

The so-called speaker of the State Council of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov says that English is not necessary for those who will not go to London. Konstantinov suggests removing English from the school curriculum, replacing it with the study of “our own languages”. Since this representative of the occupation authorities works for the Kremlin, one might think that he refers to indigenous languages of the Russian Federation. But no.

Why the Buriats became the face of the war and could it be otherwise?

Why the Buriats became the face of the war and could it be otherwise?

On one of the Radio Liberty’s sites, the Buriat publicist Radzhana Duhar-De Ponte has published an extensive article running about the fate of her people and their responsibility for the war against Ukraine. She does not absolve the Buriarts of the responsibilty, she suggest sharing it with the ethnic Russians equally though. The publicist reminds of the mere statistics: there are 462, 000 Buriats in the Russian Federation whereas the number of ethnic Russians is 111 million.  It is far from being equal. Why did the Buriats then become the face of the war?

“Isn’t it fascism to rent apartments in the Russian Federation “only to Slavs”?” Why do indigenous peoples have even more reasons not to support the “special operation” than everyone else

Now that the “special operation” has exposed the true state of the indigenous peoples in the Russian Federation, many have realized that for Moscow nobody can fit in: the Kremlin is equally at ease destroying both Ukrainians and RF citizens, regardless of their nationality. However, many indigenous people who were born and raised in the Russian Federation simply cannot imagine any other attitude towards them. Moscow has stolen their chance to live in a state of their own, and now it is trying to make sure that their children and grandchildren do not get that chance. It is reported by the Telegram channel «Жил один злой осетин! Царди иу мÆсты ирон! — [Æ]»  whose address we publish here.

It was either Medved’s bad joke or public  statement about Ukrainian nationalists’ dismemberment at the execution place of the Red Square: what indeginous people should expect

The former Putin’s buckler Dmitriy Medved continued outpouring all his thoughts in the stream of consciousness in the social media. Today ‘Dimon’ commented on the G7 Ministers of Foreign Affairs’ statements. He has shot his mouth off too much again which would be a topic of interest for legal experts and psychiatrists. To say nothing of the traditional Kreml fakery towards  indeginous nations.

The Chief Elder of the Erzya people Syres Bolyaen considers the West should not rely on the Russian “democrats” but on disintegration of the RF and creation of independent states by the indigenous peoples.

The Erzyan writer and public figure Syres Bolyaen is one of those who have taken up arms to defend Ukraine against the Russian aggression and now his example proves far from all the representatives of the indigenous non-Russian peoples of the RF support the “Russian world”. In an interview to the “Polish Radio”, Syres Bolyaen talked about the situation in which non-Russian peoples of the RF find themselves, being actually the Kremlin’s hostages.

“If the West had imposed similar sanctions in 1999-2000 in response to the genocide in Chechnya, there certainly would not have been any invasion of Georgia and Ukraine.”

“If the West had imposed similar sanctions in 1999-2000 in response to the genocide in Chechnya, there certainly would not have been any invasion of Georgia and Ukraine.”

Russia did not become the country we see now overnight. For decades, the entire civilized world has been watching the Russian Federation turning into another reincarnation of the “prison of nations”. However, only the war has forced the international community to rethink some things that previously they were afraid to think about, lest they bring trouble. It is becoming increasingly clear that the Western policy toward Russia is changing dramatically. And mostly, it happens according to the “better late than never” principle. This is what the world-renowned Israeli and British virtuoso pianist of Russian origin, Evgeny Kisin, said in an interview with Canadian magazine Stir.
