British intelligence has shared some information on the situation on the fronts of the Russian-Ukrainian war. According to them, Russian troops are “desperately trying to overcome issues related to the Ukrainian terrain”.

According to information from Syria, Bashar al-Assad agreed with Russia’s demand to send part of his military troops into Ukraine and allow active recruitment.

“Farmers are coming worried and in tears,” says Nail Suleimanov, owner of one of the largest shopping centers in Naberezhnye Chelny. The entrepreneur is positive that “all areas went kaput”.

It turns out Kadyrov’s troops are intimidated to join the battle for Mariupol. The infamous Russian war criminal Strelkov (aka Girkin) boiled over because of the morale of Kadyrov’s troops, hyped up by the Kremlin propaganda. Kadyrov’s soldiers flatly denied taking part in  severe combats for Mariupol. 

Minister of Trade and Services of the Republic Aleksey Gusev submitted a report to Kurultai parliament members of Bashkortostan on the prices in the food market. 

Pro-government Russian Telegram channels have published a two-minute video of a military meeting being held in the basement, in which Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov is participating. It is claimed that the recording was made on the territory of Ukraine – a few kilometers from Kyiv.

Mothers of Russian soldiers (both contract servicemen and conscripts) continue appealing to human rights defenders because they do not receive information from their relatives. This was reported by Svetlana Golub, chairperson of the Committee of Soldiers’ Mothers, writes the news outlet “Caucasus. Realities” (”Кавказ.Реалии”). According to her, appeals of this kind are received daily.

The invasion of the RF armed forces has not yet resulted in the parade of the independence of all Moskow colonies, but it has already become a powerful accelerator of the political opinion between enslaved people. More and more national leaders and civil activists wonder what the future of their nation and Republic is. I’m writing this from Skopje, North Macedonia, where I’ve been for the last week teaching one of our Leadership Academy for Development courses. Following the Ukraine war is no different here in terms of available information, except that I’m in an adjacent time zone, and the fact that there is more support for Putin in the Balkans than in other parts of Europe. A lot of the latter is due to Serbia, and Serbia’s hosting of Sputnik.

The Tatar-Bashkir Editorial Office of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty published the address of the Tatarstan government in exile. The Tatar language document consists of the famous Tatar activists addresses both to the republics’ elites and to the residents of Tatarstan. 

The appeal signed by Ruslan Gabbasov, one of the leaders of the Bashkir national organization “Bashkort”, states:  “If this war is waged by Putin, our guys from Bashkortostan should not take part in it. You should issue a decree not to send our guys to war. Show wisdom and willpower. Show such will, as the President of Tatarstan Shaimiev showed when he issued a decree that Tatarstan guys should not go to Chechnya. How many lives of Bashkir guys do you need to realize that this war is not ours? Be courageous in denying Putin the right to send our guys, regardless of nationality, to Ukraine. This is not our war and our guys should not die there”.
