Khabirov and Nikolaev propose to teach children of Chuvashia and Bashkortostan to be afraid

Instead of demanding that the imperial military production be located outside the national republics, the local gauleiters want children to practice running into basements to hide from drones. Therefore, they will rather allow the children of their native republics to sit in basements or die than to categorically demand that military production be moved away from the republics.
