The only snow melter in Cheboksary does not work during snowfalls

Despite the large amount of snow, it is transported anywhere, but not to the place where the mayor’s office promised to melt the snow – there is no equipment, no people, or even traces of any life activity here.

According to locals, during snowfalls there is complete silence and no one here – a little excitement happens occasionally, but only on weekdays and during daylight hours.

And do you know why it does not work? Because they are afraid that it will quickly wear out and break. They cherish it. After all, any equipment in the Russian under-state has always been more expensive than people, and even more above their comfort. They cherish even military equipment, not people, so what can we say about civilian equipment? They cherish it because otherwise they will have to repair it or buy a new one – then there will be less money for Nikolaev’s bunch.
