None of the colonized peoples need this war, and their autonomy or freedom is a guarantee of peace for Ukrainians too – Ukrainian blogger

A well-known Ukrainian translator, writer and blogger, asks Ukrainians not to unleash their anger on the indigenous peoples of Russia.

In his post, Ostap Ukrainianets recalled that although many enemy soldiers are not ethnic Russians, their participation in this war is not voluntary, but dictated by their own metropolis. The metropolis, according to which they are in colonial dependence, similar to the one in which Ukraine itself was quite recently.

In addition, the blogger recalled that none of the peoples colonized by Russia needs this war, and their autonomy or freedom is a guarantee of peace for Ukrainians.

Let us add that for Ukraine the role of the liberator of the peoples of the Russian Empire is not new – after all, it was here, in Kyiv, in 1917, at the invitation of the Ukrainian Central Rada, that the congress of the enslaved peoples of Russia was held.
