How can  all other languages be banned under the guise of fighting the domination of “everything foreign”?

The State Duma will consider a bill that will oblige entrepreneurs in Russia to design signs in Russian. First this, and then any other languages on signs will be banned altogether. It already occurred.

All that is left is to ban the following words:

Russia is a Greek word.

Entrepreneur is a calque (copy) from the French “entrepreneur” through Church Slavonic, created on the basis of Bulgarian, which, in turn, was originally Turkic.

Design (oformleniye in Russian) comes from the Latin word “form,” which in turn is based on the word μορφή adopted from the Greeks.

State Duma  – “state” (gosudarstvo in Russian) originated from the word “gospodar”, which is a calque from the Latin “dominus”, adopted through Ukrainian and Romanian languages.

Bill (zakonoproekt in Russian) – from the Latin word “project”.
