The key word is “to lure”, that is, to lure by deception. This is not even a Freudian slip, but simply the expressed truth.
Khabirov boasted that the republic will receive “subsidies” for the development of tourism as much as 672 million, which will turn into 3.7 billion rubles with the support of investors. The subsidies are conditional, because Moscow simply returns part of the money that Bashkortostan gives to the metropolis.
Let us remind you that Khabirov has already spoken about how much is spent on the salaries of the soldiers fighting for the occupation army – 3.7 billion rubles. This is only for salaries. That is, with the support of investors and without spending on wars, the Republic of Bashkortostan could develop tourism many times more effectively, so that tourists would not need to be lured, and they, by sharing their impressions, would transmit to other tourists the desire to come.
