There is a shortage of optional teachers in Mari El

In the villages of Mari El, there is a shortage of teachers of mathematics, foreign languages, and primary grades, reports the Kremlin media. Although if these subjects are made optional in school, the shortage of teachers  will immediately disappear.

After all, the Mari language was made “optional”, although it should be the basic obligatory subject in the Republic. And the problem with the lack of the Mari language teachers was immediately solved – they became unnecessary, as well as the language.

According to local and central occupation authorities, the language is not wanted by children and their parents, that is why, under the pretext of imaginary public “dissatisfaction” with the presence of the Mari language in schools, they decided to kick out these teachers and the future of the Mari people.

 If you can throw away your mother tongue, you can even throw away mathematics.
