“The collapse is already in progress”: a fine of 40 thousand rubles for calls to overthrow the “Russian Reich”

Dmitriy Lazarev, the judge of the Proletarsky District Court of Saransk, imposed a fine of 40 thousand rubles on Syres Bolyaen, the chief elder of the Erzya people. Idel.Realii talk about this.

According to the court decision, Syres Bolyaen committed an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3. of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, recording a video message “How did you bring the collapse of the Russian Reich closer?” and posting it on YouTube.

The video was sent to the Federal Budgetary Institution of the Mordovia Forensic Laboratory of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for psychological and linguistic examination.

“The specified material contains an audiovisual series aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintain international peace and security,” follows from the court order.

In its decision, the court refers to Part 1 of Art. 2.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, according to which foreign persons, stateless persons and foreign legal entities who have committed administrative offenses in the territory of the Russian Federation are subject to administrative liability on a general basis.

“I want to ask Dmitriy Lazarev: does he himself believe that Ukraine is the territory of the Russian Federation? If yes, let him come, together we will go to the Proletarskiy District Court of Saransk. If the judge himself realizes that Moscow does not control the territories prescribed in the constitution of the Russian Federation, then the collapse of the Russian Reich is already in the process,” Syres Bolyaen commented on the decision of the court.
