Strelkov calls for war with indigenous peoples

For now only a new common enemy can unite the defeated empire. There are not enough forces for an external enemy, so an internal one is needed. The one on which they can push all the blame for absolutely everything: for the lost war, and for the low standard of living, and for the contempt for Russia in the world.
