Reset Chuvashia so that the Chuvashes come to an end faster?

The occupying head of the republic, Oleg Nikolaev, wrote about the results of the population census and concluded that there were 25% fewer Chuvash people.

Now, he says that in order the number of Chuvashes not to decrease, a “reset” of the national and cultural autonomy at the federal level is necessary.

This is not even a hint – this is an open offer to “reformat” the Chuvash Republic into something else. In what? And Putin’s man cannot offer anything other than Putin’s strategy – to eliminate the national republics, turning everything into districts and regions.
