Rais at the price of a president

If Minnikhanov is no longer president, then why the hell is he flying a VIP charter to the Emirates? Did the Soviet rais fly anywhere except from the kicks of the NKVD officers?

It is clear that he wants to gain the support of at least someone so that he is not so easily turned into oblivion, but if, thanks to his action and inaction, Tatarstan no longer has a president, then why should funding for the activities of some rais be maintained at the same level as the funding of the president? Let him either do everything to return the presidential position and oppose the assimilation of the Tatars, or live and work like an ordinary collective farmer.

Only cutting in the cash flow can sober up a little and land the mankurts who are selling their homeland.
