Protest in Rome: participants condemned the authorities of Iran and the Russian Federation, and also supported Ukraine
Today, in the center of Rome, a protest against the Iranian and Russian totalitarian regimes was held, in which people from the Idel-Ural region also participated. Among those gathered were Iranians living in Italy, Muslims from other countries, Ukrainians and Italians.
The protest was attended by Rafis Kashapov, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan in exile, one of the co-founders of the Free Idel-Ural movement.
People spoke with three slogans: they condemned the Iranian authorities, chanting, “No to the dictatorship in Iran”, and also condemned the Russian war against Ukraine and expressed their solidarity with Ukraine and Ukrainian people.
