Monument to the imperial occupiers conquering Ukraine will be erected in Izhkar

The opening is planned to take place on February 24, the anniversary of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

When the time comes to eliminate all the occupation symbols of the Russians in Udmurtia and rename the streets, there will surely be those who will tell that “the struggle with monuments and street names will feed no one”, and that is why “it is better to do something more important, and not to touch the symbols – that is our story”.
