“Free Idel-Ural” (t/n: a civic movement of Povolzhye people aiming at independence for republics of Mordovia, Chuvashia, Mari El, Tatarstan, Udmurtia and Bashkortostan) appeals to men of military age: the minimum goal right now is not to be called up for military service to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the ultimate goal is to sabotage and fight using all available means on the territories of their Republics.
