Mari held a new action

Mari Ushem activists took advantage of the procession to the day of Peledysh Payrem and held their action calling for the return of the former national flag, Horizontal Russia informs.

The petition for the return of the flag is here. Perhaps it will not give anything in the state without rights, but it will show every Mari that he/she are not alone in their desire to save the national symbols from Moscow’s assault.

Although the activists walked in the general column with the rest of the Peledysh Payrem participants, you will not see these photos on any pro-Kremlin channel.
