“Law on rais”: a collective farm called Tatarstan or a country called Tatarstan?

Gauleiter Minnikhanov signed the law on rais.

Now, officially, from 2025, there will be no president in Tatarstan, but there will be a rais. If we let Russia live until 2025.

The expression “collective farm rais”, as it turned out, was quite used before. What will the people choose? A collective farm called Tatarstan or a country called Tatarstan? Will Minnikhanov put on a Stalin jacket?

It is worth considering that the collective farm can easily be renamed. And it is difficult to rename a country, even if it is under occupation.
