Every country holds competitions for the best teacher.

And everything would be fine if it were not for one “but” – after such competitions, the best teachers receive attractive offers to lure them to other schools. Since Udmurtia cannot provide the same level of salaries as Moscow or St. Petersburg, it is quite obvious that the most capable teachers leave the republic.
