Now Moscow will be able to change its proteges in Chuvashia even easier

An addition was made to the Constitution of Chuvashia (at least it is still called so) – now the Moscow leader can decide to dismiss the “head” of Chuvashia immediately after the leader of the republic (still a republic that once had its own president and the population of which had the right to elect choose) is recognized as a “foreign agent”.

There are only 180 days to appeal the “foreign agent” status while such trials can last for years and not move forward with a nod from above. In this way Moscow decided to protect itself in case the conscience of someone of its proteges in the Republic of Chuvashia suddenly wakes up or at least has a desire to become a local king, and not to be a forced boyars all their lives and fear of falling out of favor with the elite.

The occupiers are getting closer and closer to the decision to cancel the status of the republic, and similar “laws” on “foreign agent leaders” will soon appear in neighboring republics. However, the darkest hour is always before dawn…
